Our background in the healthcare industry gave us a clear understanding of how important dependable supply access is for clinics, caregivers, businesses, and healthcare organizations. We have seen how product shortages, delayed orders, unclear purchasing processes, and changing supply needs can affect daily operations. That experience shaped the way MQ Healthcare was built — with a focus on practical support, clear communication, and helping customers find the products they need.
Like many small businesses, our journey has required resilience, adaptation, and hard work. We started with a vision, learned through every challenge, and continued building a company focused on service, accountability, and long-term customer relationships.
In 2024, MQ Healthcare relocated operations to Texas, establishing a new base in Fort Worth while carrying forward the values that shaped us from the beginning. Our Puerto Rican roots remain part of who we are — reflected in our work ethic, our commitment to community, and our belief that business should be handled with respect, responsibility, and care.
Today, MQ Healthcare supports customers across the DFW Metroplex and beyond with access to trusted brands, sourcing assistance, business purchasing support, local delivery options, and nationwide shipping.

Ricardo Laporte Cintrón
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Ricardo brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology, operations, infrastructure, compliance, logistics, and business continuity. His background supporting hospitals, healthcare systems, educational institutions, and large-scale operational environments shaped his approach to structure, reliability, and practical problem solving.
As Co-Founder and COO of MQ Healthcare, Ricardo focuses on daily operations, logistics, technology, vendor coordination, sourcing support, and strategic growth. He leads with a problem-solving mindset, working to improve processes, strengthen systems, and find practical solutions when customers need product guidance, alternatives, or support navigating supply needs.
