BD ChloraPrep™ Scrub Teal™ 26 mL Applicator is a sterile, single-use patient preoperative skin preparation designed to help reduce bacteria on the skin that may potentially cause infection.
The proven antiseptic formulation combines 2% w/v chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG) with 70% v/v isopropyl alcohol (IPA) for rapid and persistent antimicrobial activity. The Scrub Teal™ tint provides visible indication of the prepared area to help clinicians identify application coverage.
The 26 mL applicator is designed for larger surgical preparation areas. The sterile applicator allows solution application without direct hand contact with the patient's skin and is intended for single use.
Ordering Unit: Sold by Case Only. Each case contains 25 individually packaged 26 mL applicators. Individual applicators are not sold separately.

For external use only. Flammable. Keep away from fire or flame.
The 26 mL applicator:
Should not be used for head and neck surgery.
Should not be used on an area smaller than 8.4 x 8.4 inches; use a smaller applicator instead.
Contains alcohol and gives off flammable vapors.
Should not be draped or exposed to ignition sources until the solution is completely dry.
Requires a minimum drying time of approximately 3 minutes on hairless skin; hair may require up to 1 hour to dry.
Should not be allowed to pool.
This product may cause a severe allergic reaction. Follow the complete Drug Facts labeling and manufacturer's directions before use.
Store between 15–30°C (59–86°F). Avoid freezing and excessive heat above 40°C (104°F).
